GENERAL TERMS THAT APPLY TO ALL EL RANCHO CABINS:

1) All rentals are to be paid in full at least 10 days before occupancy or upon confirming reservation whichever is earlier.

2) Minimum rental period is one calendar month ( open June, July, August, September only) and all rental moneys are fully earned upon receipt and are not refundable.

3) A $200 security deposit shall be paid with reservation.  This deposit will be refunded within 14 days following departure if unit is left in clean condition and no damage has occurred.

4) Only one household pet will be permitted per cabin.  Such pets must be under the control of owner and not cause a nuisance to others. Other arrangements must be made for horses.

5) Maximum number of vehicles per cabin shall not exceed 2 passenger vehicles and one trailer unless permission is obtained in advance.

6) All garbage must be carried out of forest area by tenant.  (There is no provision for garbage pickup within 15 miles)

7) Tenant agrees to make reasonable effort to conserve water, gas, and electric rescources.

8) All tenants will be required to behave in a manner compatible with other quiet family oriented vacationers. 

9) No subleasing will be permitted.

Unit #10 --Maximum allowed occupancy = 6      Monthly Rental =$1250.00

Unit #10 is the south side of the duplex cabin located on the east side of El Rancho property.  It has 2 large bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, and a large kitchen and living area combined. The interior of the unit is done in very nice "knotty pine" and is very comfortable.   It is equipped with 3 double beds, living room furniture, kitchen furniture, refrigerator, stove, and minimal cooking and serving utensils.   Tenants should bring their own sleeping and bath linens.   Additional cooking and serving utensils are recommended.

Unit #4 --Maximum allowed occupancy=4          Monthly Rental =$850.00

Unit #4 is located about midway along the row of cabins facing north toward the river.   It is fairly small and while we will allow 4 occupants it is better suited to 2 or 3.  The cabin has a single room for kitchen, living and sleeping area.  The interior is nicely finished in Knotty pine and while small, is quite charming.  The bathroom is equipped with a shower.  The main room is equipped with 1 bed (another is available if needed), table and chairs, stove, refrigerator and minimal cooking and serving utensils.  Tenants should bring their own sleeping and bath linens.   Additional cooking and serving utensils are recommended.

Unit #5 --Maximum allowed occupancy = 6    Monthly Rental= $1000.00

Unit #5 is located near the west end of El Rancho and is the last unit in the row of cabins facing north toward the river.  This unit consists of one large bedroom, a kitchen/dining/living area combined and a bathroom.  This is the only unit not finished out with knotty pine.  The old original 1930's logs are still the only walls, thus this unit looks much more primitive.  This unit is well suited to a group or family looking for rustic adventure.  Furnishings are the same as the above units.
